I have been in the hospitality industry for a number of years and have been extremely lucky to work in some of the most iconic 5

star luxury hotels and venues across the  world. It has been a dream to work  alongside some key industry talents,  including award winning Michelin Star chefs  world renowned bartenders, superior sommeliers and exceptional restaurant managers and business owners.​

 

​Part of this journey took me to Papua New Guinea (PNG) for almost 3 years, where I created the countries first ever pop-up restaurant with huge success.
